Learn about our hassle-free return policy. Orders may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund or online store credit at DRI DUCK.
Return Policy
You have 60 days to request a return. Once the return has been requested, you have 28 days to return the goods
Returns submitted for refund will be subject to a return shipping fee of $8.50, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Eligible returns can also be refunded in the form of online store credit via a DRI DUCK e-gift card. Returns for store credit are not subject to the $8.50 return shipping fee.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing materials if possible.
Items from multiple orders should not be combined in one return, as doing so will result in processing delays.
Products that have been decorated, embroidered, screen printed or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
DRI DUCK reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Products marked 'Final Sale' on our website may not be returned.
DRI DUCK accepts returns for products purchased only from driduck.com. Any return that was not purchased directly from driduck.com will not be accepted and should be returned to the original point of purchase.
Items lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster are not eligible for return.

If you choose to receive a refund in the form of original method of payment, $8.50 will be deducted for return shipping cost. Your refund will appear on your statement within 7-10 business days, depending on the processing time of your financial institution.
A DRI DUCK e-gift card will be issued once your return is in transit and will be sent to the email used to make the original purchase. If you choose this refund method, the cost of return shipping will be waived.
Items received as gifts, purchased from driduck.com, may be refunded in the form of a DRI DUCK e-gift card. An order number & shipping zip code is required to process a gift return. If you don’t have this information select, ‘Don’t have this information.’ Once the return tracking confirms the item is in transit the gift card will be emailed to the provide email address.
