Sometimes, things just don't work out. It happens!  

At DRI DUCK, you can return an item within 60 days from the date of delivery. Once the return has been requested, you have 28 days to return the goods. If you exceed this timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a refund or store credit.   

Returns submitted for refund will be subject to a return shipping fee of $8.50, which will be deducted from your refund amount.  

DRI DUCK does not offer exchanges at this time. One option is to return for store credit and repurchase. With this option, a return fee will be waived.  

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

DRI DUCK is an online shopping platform only, therefore we do not have any physical store. We do not ship outside the US.  

Our company is based in Overland Park, Kansas and all inventory is stored in our warehouse in Edwardsville, Kansas.   

Please note we can deliver to APO & FPO addresses, as well as PO Boxes. Ensure you provide a valid shipping address to avoid delays or order cancellations.  Please follow the address example below:

Please remember: for any issues or inquiries related to a purchase made through our resellers, you will need to refer directly to that retailer.    

As part of the DRI DUCK brand, we will do our best to support them if needed.

We want you to love your DRI DUCK as much as we do! However, DRI DUCK does not currently offer exchanges.

One option is to return for store credit via a DRI DUCK e-gift card. Enjoy the benefit of no return shipping fee for store credit returns. Returns for store credit are exempt from the $8.50 return shipping fee.

With this option, an e-gift card will be issued once your return is in transit and will be sent via email. 

Remember: you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return or store credit.

After placing your purchase, you will receive the order confirmation email with the estimated delivery date, provided by the carrier. You can also access your order through the View Your Order linked within the email.

As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation. This email will contain your tracking information so you can check the exact status of the shipment at any time. 

Please note that delivery dates are estimated, provided by the carrier, and are not guaranteed.

Didn't receive your order even though the tracking link says it was delivered?  

If you think your package is lost or missing, we advise you to check with the members of your household and neighbors to find out if they have received or seen your package. We also recommend you check around your property as it is possible that the order was left there. Secondly, reach out to your local carrier to confirm the delivery status.  

If after completing these steps you still cannot locate your package, please contact us as soon as possible. 

Please allow us time to review and investigate your request with our business partners. Be aware that due to general carriers’ policies, this may take from 8 to 10 days and can be longer based on seasonality.

Once your order has been placed, you might still be able to update your delivery address, but this will depend on the status of your order.  

Please contact us and provide the following information:

• Order Number 
• Email 
• Correct Shipping Address 

The team will check if modification is still possible:  

• If the order has not been prepared for shipment yet, we will update the delivery address as you have requested. 
• If the order is already being prepared for shipment: unfortunately, at this point, we will not be able to correct your delivery address. 

You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number once the shipment starts, after which you can reach out to your local carrier to provide the new address and arrange the delivery.

DRI DUCK guarantees the quality of all products purchased through driduck.com. If you receive a defective product, please contact us right away. We want to make sure you are absolutely satisfied with your purchase!

This also applies to changes or cancellations requested while the order is being prepared: unfortunately, we will not be able to apply these. This can affect:  

• Addition or removal of items 
• Change in color/size of items 
• Order cancellation request 
• Delivery address change 

To check if any change or cancellation is still possible you can contact us. If the order is not being prepared yet, our team will process the cancelation/change as you requested.  

In case the team confirms that no cancelation/changes can be applied to your order, please follow these steps:

• For product changes/removal, you will have to wait until you receive your order and start the return process. 
• For delivery address changes, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information once the parcel leaves our warehouse. At that moment, you will be able to reach out to your local carrier to rearrange the
